• ParentSquare — the district's parent-communication platform
• The PCS Band website — schedules, forms, listening examples, and performance timelines
• Morning announcements — for time-sensitive reminders
• Posted schedules — in classrooms, the cafeteria, and the band room
• Handouts — for beginners and event-specific notices

The band website is the single best place to find lesson schedules, the performance timeline for the year, forms, and audio/video help for the music we're rehearsing.
